Wuling (武嶺) is the highest point, 3,275 meters, on the island of Taiwan accessible by public roads. Due to the saddle between Hehuanshan Main Peak and Hehuanshan East Peak, deep valleys, high cliffs, and rocky peaks are entirely within one's sight.
